After careful consideration I am pleased to announce that today I will be joining Performance Technology Partners, LLC (PTP), www.performtechnology.com/Sacramento, CA. In my new role I will be:
- Leading the contact center phase of a transformational multi- phased project for the State of Florida in which PTP is sub-contracting with Deloitte on the engagement,
- Driving business development around their existing contact center consulting practice in the Eastern Region of the US, and
- Supporting PTP sales & business development.
